What planner sizes do you support?

We support 25+ planner sizes including Pocket, Personal, A5, A6, B6, Half Letter, Letter, A4, Happy Planner Mini/Classic/BIG, Hobonichi Weeks, Traveler's Notebook, Everbook, and more. You can also enter custom dimensions. Each size includes correct hole-punch margins for the binding type.

Do I need to create an account?

No. RefillCraft runs entirely in your browser. Your refill configurations stay on your device. Just open the tool and start creating.

How do I print the refills?

Download the PDF and print it at home — no special setup needed. The key setting: in your print dialog, select "Actual Size" (not "Fit to Page") so the dimensions stay correct. RefillCraft generates PDFs at the exact page size for your planner, so just print on standard A4 or Letter paper and trim to size with a paper trimmer. For a more premium feel, use 120gsm / 32lb paper.

Can I create dated refills (weekly spreads, monthly calendars)?

Yes. Choose your year and your weekly spreads, monthly calendars, and daily pages generate automatically with correct dates, weekdays, and public holidays.

What paper should I use?

Any standard printer paper works. For a more premium feel, try 32lb / 120gsm paper — it's thicker, reduces ink show-through, and feels closer to commercial planner refills. Some planner enthusiasts use Hammermill 32lb or HP Premium32.

Can I use RefillCraft on my phone?

The tool works best on desktop or tablet. Mobile devices can run it but the customization experience is optimized for larger screens. We recommend using a laptop or desktop for the best experience.

What file format are the downloads?
